01This is a digital service

TappyCall is software. There is nothing to ship and no physical goods are sold, so no shipping charges or delivery times apply.

02When access starts

A workspace can be created and used immediately, on the free trial, before any payment.

When a payment is confirmed by our payment provider the subscription is activated automatically, and an invoice is emailed to the workspace administrator. This normally happens within a few minutes.

03How the software is delivered

The Android app is installed from Google Play. Administration is done from any web browser.

There is no separate download to pay for and no licence key to enter — a worker joins by scanning a QR code from their administrator.

04If something does not arrive

If a payment has been taken and your subscription is not active, or an invoice has not arrived, contact us and we will put it right.
